Before your session, I'll help you choose a location, timing, and overall feeling that matches your vision. Whether you're dreaming of something soft and romantic, playful and connected, bold and creative, or beautifully simple, we will plan a session that still feels like you.
I can also help with outfit inspiration and styling suggestions, so you don't have to figure everything out alone. Most importantly, you never need to worry about knowing how to pose. I'll guide you in ways that feel natural and photograph you beautifully while keeping your comfort in mind.
When should maternity sessions be scheduled?
Maternity sessions are commonly photographed between 28-34 weeks, when your bump is still beautifully visible but you way still feel comfortable enough to move around. Every pregnancy is different though, so we can choose the timing that feels safest and best for you.
I recommend reaching out in your second trimester whenever possible so we have time to plan your location, wardrobe, and vision without adding another last minute task to your pregnancy checklist.
Can my partner and children participate?
Absolutely! Your maternity session can focus entirely on you or included the people who are waiting to meet this baby with you. We will create individual portraits alongside photographs with your partner, children, or your whole family!
